Welcome back to another Disney Tip Tuesday, our (kinda) weekly bite-sized blog post offering up a fun tip for visiting your favorite Disney destinations.
With My Disney Experience, social media, photo taking and general usage, our phones get a huge workout when visiting Walt Disney World. Disney is well aware and is making strides in keeping us juiced during our days in the parks, but there are a few other tips to keep in mind.
How to Keep Your Phone Charged at Walt Disney World
- Carry your block and cord. There are outlets everywhere. We’ve been able to plug in at restaurant tables, in hallways and a cast member even once directed us to a hidden outlet behind a kiosk.
- In addition to random outlets, there are actual charging stations throughout the parks, resorts AND BUSES!
- Magic Kingdom: Courtyard across from the Tangled restrooms in Fantasyland, near Pete’s Silly Sideshow in Storybook Circus
- Epcot: Connections Eatery (wireless charging on select tables), Celebrations Garden
- Mobile charging packs are our go-to. Just remember to charge them at night!
- Force close an apps you don’t need refreshing in the background.
- Turn off bluetooth and wifi if you won’t be actively using them.
