Situated on the waterfront overlooking the World Showcase Lagoon, La Hacienda is a beautiful spot to wind down after a day of touring, margarita in hand and tacos on the table.
The warm and inviting dining room features near floor to ceiling windows offering great views of the nighttime spectacular if you can time your reservation right. Unfortunately for us, we ended up in the corner of the room nothing buy a tiny window well above eye level.
That said, we didn’t end up staying for fireworks, but the tastes ended up being good enough to offset the dismal “view” from our table. Unfortunately, I didn’t get many food pics, as most of it was dug into before I could snap a shot, but that’s just a testament to the tastiness. And, of course, it means we’ll need a return trip soon! You know, for research purposes.
*Update 06/2023* We went back…for research. 😉 Updates are below.
@magicmemoriesmayhem A really nice spot to catch Epcot fireworks! 🎆 And pretty decent fare to go along with it. 🍽️ #DisneyWorld #DisneyFireworks #LaHaciendaDeSanAngel #DisneyTrip #DisneyTripTips #DisneyWorldHacks
The Menu
Delicious Mexican fare with lots of nods to the sea. Try the queso fundido and any of the specialty drinks!
The Verdict
There is A LOT of great food in Epcot, but if you can time this one right and catch a show (and you’re in the room with windows), this is a thumbs up from us!
