Cape May Cafe
Cape May Cafe is an open air restaurant with lots of light in the main dining room and a laid back, beachy feel. The absence of walls throughout most of the restaurant make it a little noisy, but it’s a great place to dine, and I love the airy atmosphere!
Food
We’ve had breakfast at Cape May Cafe several times, and part of the family had dinner here a few years ago. I haven’t had the chance to enjoy the clam bake, but the familial reviews were great, and a friend of mine mentioned that the chef here really goes out of her way to take care of her guests with dietary restrictions.
Breakfast is standard fare with a few different offerings thrown in every now and then. And Mickey waffles. So, yeah, that’s pretty much all I need to make my Disney breakfasts great. Again, I haven’t had the chance to enjoy dinner here, but it’s on my list!

Characters
Although Disney states characters are always subject to change, Cape May Cafe has been one of the most consistent restaurants in our experience with Minnie, Donald and Goofy partying it up each morning.
While not an “every trip”-er, we enjoy the relaxed atmosphere at Cape May Cafe. It’s ability to be overlooked does typically mean availability is a little easier to come by for this restaurant, so if you’re looking for a last minute option, give Cape May a go!
