Would we return? Yes. It’s not the most groundbreaking meal at Disney World, but the combination of location and consistency make it a repeatable option.

You can recreate your own spaghetti-linked moment at Tony’s Town Square in Magic Kingdom!

Inspired by Tony’s restaurant from Lady and the Tramp, this sweet little spot on Main Street, U.S.A. gets a bit of a bad rap. Between the comparisons to chain Italian restaurants and years of mixed reviews, it’s easy to overlook. That said, we’ve never had a bad meal here.

And for the record, Olive Garden is so not my jam.

I’ve dined here with friends, teens and the whole family, and every group has walked away happy. Disney dining doesn’t always need to reinvent the pasta wheel. Sometimes it just needs to deliver a fun experience and a meal everyone enjoys.

The Scene

Tony’s is inspired by the iconic setting from Lady and the Tramp, giving guests the chance to step into a little piece of the movie. The details are sweet without being over-the-top, and the outdoor patio area adds an especially charming Main Street atmosphere, especially if you can catch a parade or cavalcade.

No, you probably won’t have a magical spaghetti noodle meet-cute at your table (sorry, friends 😂), but the Disney storytelling is there for fans who grew up loving the film.

It’s also a great location for taking a break from Magic Kingdom. Sitting down inside with a cool drink and a slower-paced meal can be a welcome reset after a busy morning or afternoon in the park.

The Food

Yes, you’ll find pasta. Lots of pasta. There are many classics you could probably order at home, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t enjoyable.

We’ve found the food to be consistently solid, and it’s especially popular with kids. The spaghetti cupcakes are always a fun choice for younger diners, and watching kids embrace their own Lady and the Tramp-style pasta moment is so sweet.

Our Take

Tony’s isn’t trying to be the most adventurous dining option at Walt Disney World, and that’s okay. The draw here is the Disney nostalgia, the Main Street location and the chance to step into a little piece of Lady and the Tramp.

The food has always been solid for us, and it’s a great choice when you want a table service break in Magic Kingdom without needing a huge “wow” moment. If you’re looking for a meal with a little Disney magic sprinkled on top, Tony’s is worth a try.
