The Story Behind the Sparkle
Magic, Memories, Mayhem began as my way to make Disney dreams happen for my kids as a single teacher mama. What started as a way to plan affordable trips became a passion and a purpose, creating joy and connection for other families too.
The Sparkle Strong Foundation grew out of a different kind of magic, the kind that strengthens in hospital hallways and among beeping monitors. Our precious Jewels was born with a congenital heart defect, and though her time here was far too short, her light continues to guide everything we do. She didn’t just change our lives, she transformed our purpose.
She made us a heart family.
The Sparkle Strong Foundation
Sparkle Strong was born of deep gratitude and heartstrong purpose. When others stepped in to help our family through the most difficult times of our lives, I knew I wanted to give back, to be that light for someone else. Being away from my classroom left me searching for a way to keep helping, to use my heart and gifts in a new way, and Sparkle Strong became that outlet.
Through Sparkle Strong, we provide survival kits for caregivers and siblings entering long stays in the CICU that include comfort items, practical supplies, snacks, self-care and more. In addition, Jewels Joyboxes come filled with celebration decorations and surprises, as we learned that each little moment and milestone deserved time to shine, especially for those families not guaranteed many.

When you book your Disney vacation through Magic, Memories, Mayhem, Disney compensates our agency for the time and expertise we provide in helping you plan your trip. 50% of that commission is donated directly to Sparkle Strong.
