Would we return? Absolutely. Sebastian’s is a restaurant we would make the trip for, not just visit because we happen to be nearby.
On our first trip back to Walt Disney World after 2020, we opted for a two-week multigenerational road trip to celebrate the growing of our family! Since we had our own vehicles with us, we were able to take advantage of one of my favorite Disney dining strategies: watching those walk-up lists populate in My Disney Experience.
On our last night at Walt Disney World, Sebastian’s Bistro had just opened that afternoon. As we were figuring out what we wanted to do for dinner, availability popped up in the app, so we hopped in the car and hoped there would still be a table when we arrived.
There was.
And we were not disappointed.
Not only is this family-style meal full of amazing flavors and variety, it was also a fantastic value. At under $40 per Disney adult (10+) during our visit, Sebastian’s stood out as one of those rare Disney meals where the experience and the price both felt like a win.
The Scene
Located in Old Port Royale, Sebastian’s brings in colorful island details, little pops of Sebastian and his friends in a relaxed atmosphere that matches the resort’s theme.

The Food
Sebastian’s Bistro serves a family-style dinner, with dishes brought out for the table to share.
The variety is what makes this meal stand out. Instead of choosing one entrée, everyone gets the chance to sample a mix of Caribbean-inspired flavors, proteins, sides and desserts.
This is a great option for guests who enjoy trying different flavors or groups where everyone wants something a little different. There is plenty of food, and the meal keeps coming, making the value even stronger.

Our Take
Just do it.
Catch the bus. Grab the Uber. Hop on the Skyliner. Make the drive.
However you get there, Sebastian’s is worth the trip.
The food is delicious, the family-style format gives you a chance to try a variety of dishes and the value is one of the biggest reasons we recommend it. Walt Disney World dining can add up quickly, and Sebastian’s is one of those meals where we walked away feeling like we received a lot for what we paid.
If you’re staying at Caribbean Beach, it’s an easy choice. If you aren’t, don’t dismiss it just because it’s a resort restaurant. This is a place we would return to because we genuinely enjoyed the meal, not just because it happened to be convenient.
